JOB SUMMARY :
The primary objective of the Human Resources Executive is to support HR Manager for all aspect of Human Resource practices and processes. Most importantly ensuring all the employees in the organisation are happy and at their productive best. Also ensure a smooth channel of communication between senior management and employees.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
∙Work in coordination with the HR Manager to plan strategies and implement various HR changes.
∙Recruitment process( Screening of CV scheduling interview ) ,staff request process, induction etc ( employee life cycle implementation ).
∙Managing HR activities like NATS & NAPS ( GET & Apprentice Mgmt.)
∙Maintaining of Payroll software and Data related to all HR activities.
∙Responsible for maintaining all legal and statutory policies with various government agencies like PT, PF, ESIC, NPS, Gratuity etc.
∙Enable positive work environment to support business need by creating employee engagement initiatives, which reinforces the desired culture and behaviours
∙Transportation and Vehicle Management
∙Checking of invoice related to HR.
∙Coordination with Front Desk Exe. For Visitor Management and Canteen facility management
