About the Role :
We are looking for an Automation Quality Assurance Engineer with a detailed eye towards API Test Automation and quick learning abilities to grasp a new product quickly and be able to own up specific modules, identify API functional test areas in them and be able to automate them within the sprint enabling us to provide Fast, Full Test Coverage & a world class quality to our customers.

By joining our team, your key responsibilities will include taking part in various projects, setting up API Automation Framework to speed up functional testing in sprints.
Responsibilities:
●Grasp new modules/features of the product quickly.
●Understand existing Karate UI Automation Framework quickly.
●Extend existing UI karate framework to include API test automation (Currently GraphQL API, later into REST APIs).
●Form API Test automation suite in a way that can be adapted to be executed and enhanced selectively for different sprints in different projects.
●Ability to explore different strategies while setting up the framework and select the best one based on merits.
●Understanding API Documents
●On non-automation sprints: Take end-to-end ownership of modules assigned in every sprint involving creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases, follow through meticulous executions and retest cycles and finally releasing the modules to production
●Interact with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements & help in holistic Test Cases, Exhibit
complete ownership of Assigned areas.
●Proactively engage, execute and lead with other teams and projects as/when required
●Be open to receiving constructive feedback and turning it into process improvements
Desired Experience :
Technical Skills :
●A minimum of Hands-On 3 years experience in all aspects of manual testing (Black & White Box Testing) of web applications.
●A minimum of Hands-On 2 years’ experience in Front-End/UI Automation using Karate/Selenium.
●A minimum of Hands-On 6 years’ experience in API Test Automation. (Minimum 3 years on Graph QL APIs)
●Experience in maintaining existing test suites/packs at a quick pace per sprint in midst of rapid changes of product code.
●Experience in enhancing existing framework to make it perform better.
●Strong in concepts of working with DB (concepts of Index, DDL, DML, Joins).
●Experience of working with gitlab/GitHub.
●Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
●Understanding of concepts of working with DB (Strong on concepts of Index, DDL, DML, Joins).
●Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus
Soft Skills :
●Good communication skills to be able to relay info to and from all categories of internal stakeholders.
●Strong Commitment and Ownership towards agreed-upon tasks - Should work around blockers and strive to keep moving ahead.
Qualifications :
●B.E/B.Tech Degree in Computer Science/Information Science/Electronics & Communication/Telecommunication/Electrical Engineering.
●ISTQB Certification is MUST
●Prior experience working on B2B Software, platforms or Product is a must

Client & Project Management
-Demonstrate ability to critically analyze information received and handle client interaction at backend -Carrying on business development by finding relevant startup deals through our internal and network, external network, attending events, working closely with fellow VC networks, etc. Participating in demo days and deal calls to identify the ideal startup that aligns with investment thesis -Responsible for the complete life cycle of investment including deal sourcing, deal screening & due diligence, market research, deal structuring, executing definitive agreements, investments, portfolio monitoring & facilitating divestment -Undergoing industry analysis and competitive analysis of the startups onboarded -Conducting preliminary due diligence on the target startups from finance, operations and commercial perspective -Assistance in the preparation of financial models, validating valuation assumptions, and financial analysis of the target startups -Assistance in preparation of valuation exercise, preparation of valuation reports along with necessary documents including but not limited to MR letter, NDA, etc. -Acting as the SPOC for the founders of the startups curated by you and taking full responsibility of the deliverables forming part of the relevant deal -Preparation of all the necessary risk documents including but not limited to engagement letter, NDA, addendum, etc. -Assistance in onboarding investors, venture partners, and investor networks -Assistance in organizing periodic events for the founders, investors, and other stakeholders in target cities -Evaluating potential startup deals, onboarding them, and liaisoning with various stakeholders associated with the project to maintain good relations with them -Acting as the SPOC for the relevant set of investor connections made during the business development process -Understanding various risk areas about the clients allocated at the start of the various engagements and ensure that all the risk documents or emails are in place -Any other client-related tasks as the case may require -Responsible for end-to-end operations of the accelerator program to facilitate networking and collaboration opportunities between startups, corporates, and investors while providing strategic and operational support to startups in areas such as business planning, market analysis, technology development, and funding
Business Research:
-Tracking of relevant sectors and key participants in the industry
-Compile and analyze reliable statistical data and analyze it using modern and traditional
methods
-Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT, and GAP analysis
-Provide competitive analysis on various company’s market offerings, identifying market
trends, understanding the business model and their key strategy and operations
-Preparing an Industry research report on various topics concerning the relevant
industries
-Preparing an advisory note or a presentation on various topics concerning the relevant
industries
-As and when required, assisting the manager in interviewing various individuals for the
purpose of the industry research
-Assistance in the preparation of industry reports, news articles, research papers, etc. as the case
may be required for the deal management team at large
-Regular research based on the ongoing as well as emerging projects of the company to
design an effective roadmap and decide the way forward
-Understanding various business models for relevant sectors and the recent trends prevailing
in the market as a part of competitive analysis and defining TAM
-Any other research-related tasks as the case may require
