Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine messaging and outreach strategies.

Mentor, train, and support junior BDMs to achieve team targets.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales in international markets.
Strong leadership capabilities with prior experience managing a small BDM or sales team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
Experience with outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and phone.
