The primary objective of the Human Resources Executive is to support HR Manager for all aspect of Human Resource practices and processes. ACCOUNTABILITIES:
∙Work in coordination with the HR Manager to plan strategies and implement various HR changes.

∙Managing HR activities like NATS & NAPS ( GET & Apprentice Mgmt.)
∙Maintaining of Payroll software and Data related to all HR activities.
∙Responsible for maintaining all legal and statutory policies with various government agencies like PT, PF, ESIC, NPS, Gratuity etc.
∙Enable positive work environment to support business need by creating employee engagement initiatives, which reinforces the desired culture and behaviours
∙Transportation and Vehicle Management
