As an Inside Sales Engineer in the Engineering & Processing Technologies (EPT) department, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and customers by providing technical expertise, product recommendations, and solutions. Duties and Responsibilities :
∙Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers and the sales team, ensuring accurate and timely information is delivered.
∙Develop and prepare technical proposals, quotes, and documentation for engineering solutions in coordination with the sales team.
∙Collaborate with the engineering team to understand and communicate product specifications, capabilities, and custom solutions.
∙Assist in managing and following up on sales inquiries, working to identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
∙Work closely with external and internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction, from inquiry through delivery.
∙Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to provide the best possible advice to customers and the sales team.
∙Support continuous improvement initiatives within the EPT department by participating in cross-functional collaboration and idea-sharing.
Required Skills :
∙Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent experience.
∙2+ years of experience in a technical sales or engineering role, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
∙Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn the specifics products and solutions.
∙Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical details to non-technical customers.
∙Strong customer service orientation with a focus on problem-solving and delivering results.
∙Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
∙Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Assists with the recruiting and hiring of A&A staff
Provides on-the-job training; reviews work papers and reports prepared by staff
Assists with the development of training programs and acts as instructor in professional development programs
Preferred Skills, Experience and Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Chartered Accountant/Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification required
Minimum 6+ years professional experience in public accounting (specifically 6+ years of A&A experience) demonstrates a progression in complexity, scope, and number of engagements managed, with extensive supervisory experience
Excellent technical skills
Proficient in the use of computers, accounting software and tax software programs
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to train and supervise staff in accounting, auditing, software skills, etc.
